Referral Network, is designed for the licensee who does not wish to pursue a career in real estate sales.  Being a member of Referral Network allows the licensee to be compensated for business that they allow Referral Network to refer to a licensed broker.  After the completion of the sale, the receiving broker pays Referral Network a fee and Referral Network pays the member their portion. As a Referral Network member, you work exclusively in a referring capacity.
